Tracie Grimwood is a Melbourne based illustrator and artist. She produces illustrations for a diverse range of clients, both nationally and internationally, and her many projects include postage stamp issues, museum installations, editorial illustrations, album covers, greeting cards and dozens of books and book covers.
Her clients include Australia Post, The Museum of Victoria, Penguin Books, Walker Books, Thames and Hudson, New Frontier Publishing, Australian Doctor Magazine, Longman Hong Kong, Macmillan, and Text Pacific Publishing.
Her personal art practice explores her connection with the natural world, particularly horses, as well as her interest in anthropology and history, drawing on themes from myths and folklore. She has exhibited in many exhibitions including a solo show in 2014. Her paintings and prints can be found in private collections all around the world.
Tracie is also a passionate educator and taught illustration for a number of years at Monash University’s School of Art, Design and Architecture.
She is a member of Illustrators Australia and Paard Verzameld Collective
